Alexander Kaye Recruitment is recruiting for a client who is a long established Nottingham company with a turnover just below 10 million. They have a newly created role for a Management Accountant. The ideal candidate will bring experience and knowledge on how to produce management accounts and KPIs and will report directly to the Finance Director.

The position:
Your responsibilities will be:
? Production and review of monthly profit and loss accounts
? Analysis and comparison of sales, margins and overheads - actual v budgets/forecast
? Fulfilling all reporting requirements of Private Equity investors and senior debt providers
? Ownership of yearly budget process
? Resolution of profit and loss and business queries
? Calculation of bonuses on a quarterly and annual basis
? Contribution to Month end reconciliations - journal postings, accruals, prepayments, analysis and review

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong commercial acumen and good interpersonal skills.
