Alexander Kaye Recruitment have been appointed to recruit for a successful business which has been established for over 50 years. Their client base is Blue Chip and sells well-known brands within their industry.

They seek a well rounded commercially focused Company Director with experience in a manufacturing or engineering businesses to join the management team.

This is a newly created role due to the retirement of a senior member of staff and offers a great opportunity to be part of a friendly company offering a great working environment and career. This is a fantastic role for an individual with extensive business experience and commercial acumen who will be able to demonstrate a track record of adding value and embedding excellence and continuous improvement across the wider business.

The operational, office, sales and warehouse team have been within the company many years and have a wealth of experience. The Company Director will be a "hands-on" individual who enjoys a varied workload and wants to get involved all areas of the business.

The successful candidate will have extensive business experience with a finance bias a natural leader who is capable of liaising at all levels.

Experience of working in a business which exports and imports would be highly advantageous with an engineering bias useful
