Financial Director
Part-time role FTE £60,000 Hours around 21-25 per week
Our client is a highly successful company which is a well established Derby business. They have a newly created role for an FC/FD to report into the MD. You will be a qualified accountant with experience of working in a manufacturing environment with good interpersonal skills.
This is a newly created role so thus can be tailored to the successful candidate’s skill set. The role can be shaped around the newly appointed person, duties will cover some of the following:
·Overseeing the production of monthly Management Accounts
·Working Capital and Cashflow Summary
·Looking at the WIP reports and analysis
·Involvement in overhead Reporting and Variance Analysis
·Delivering timely, accurate and meaningful financial / non-financial information
·Preparation of Regular Financial Forecasts
·Preparation of Annual Budgets
·Involvement in ongoing development of business / financial systems.
·Preparation / consolidation of schedules for year-end audit
·Management of a team of 3 finance staff
Our client is seeking an experienced accountant who can produce strong management information and take a strategic view on the business and its growth. Ideal for a commercially minded accountant who would like to get involved fully in the business.
