Partner Designate

Salary: £45,000 - £6,000

Alexander Kaye Recruitment are recruiting for an accountancy practice who are based North Nottingham for a Practice Manager due to continued growth within their business.
The practice mainly undertakes accounts preparation, audits, tax and advisory and can offer the opportunity to partnership with a 1- 3 year period.

You will provide a key role in the accountancy practice, managing members of staff, ensuring their development and the business continues to achieve its growth targets. You will be expected to lead a small team and provide a significant link to the Partner.

Additionally, you will use your knowledge and experience to aid the practice to effectively and efficiently manage work-flow and new assignments in the business.
Previous managerial or supervisory experience ideally from an accountancy practice business will be required for this position. Excellent communication and organisation skills compiled with the ability to achieve success through people. You will be a qualified Accountant who enjoys extensive client contact and is ambitious to develop your career.
