Fantastic role working for a small independent practice based Nottingham.
The position will be varied and interesting role involving extensive client contact.
The main role is that of tax planning & spotting tax opportunities for clients (SME owners and personal tax clients). Corporation tax reviews & possibly a limited number of tax returns will also be involved.
This will be a varied and interesting role which would suit an experienced Tax professional.
Personal tax, capital gains tax, corporation tax and transactional tax with a corporate bias, especially corporation tax planning, including group reorganisations, business sales and acquisitions, ensuring that tax exposure is minimised and that the structure is tax efficient. You will also be proficient at OMB/ SME taxation. IHT/Trust knowledge helpful not essential.
ATT is essential CTA would be preferred – Study support for CTA available.
