Alexander Kaye Recruitment are recruiting for an successful and well-established based Nottinghamshire Accountancy Practice recruiting for an experience Audit/Accounts professional to join the firm at an Associate Partner/ Partner Designate level. This Audit/ Accounts Partner Designate job would suit an ACCA/ACA qualified accountant already working in a busy Audit/Accounts environment within a public practice accountancy firm. The main responsibilities of this Audit Partner Designate role include;
• Managing the flow of Audit/Accounts work within the accountancy practice
• Promoting the full range of services, the practice offers
• Assisting in building up new and existing Audit clients
• Assessing the training needs of more junior members of staff
• Managing a team of fully and part qualified accountants
• Reporting directly to Partners and working with them to develop processes and efficiencies within the practice, as well as developing the strategy for the growth of the Audit department
The perfect Partner Designate will be ACCA/ACA qualified and will have a minimum of five years’ experience of working within a busy public practice accountancy firm. You will need to be able to demonstrate confident communication skills along with previous management/leadership experience.
Ideally suited towards an experienced Senior Accountant looking to progress their career in obtaining their first Partner Designate positon, or an existing Partner Designate wanting to join a public practice that will enable them to reach their true potential. The role will provide a defined route to Salaried Partner level and has the potential to progress to Full Equity Partner in the next 2-5 years.
