Our client is a fast growing business with a turnover in 2023 due to be over 10 million. They are a successful distribution business with drive and enthusiasm to take their successful UK Brand into Europe.
They are seeking a part-time commercially minded accountant who wants to work in a growing business in this lively vibrant business.
You will be very IT literature with strong Excel skills and have the ability to install a computerised system (preferably Sage) to produce management information for the business.
A background of working in a distribution business would be highly advantageous with an attitude to handle all aspects of accounts – from producing management monthend figures to doing the general day to day accounting duties/VAT Returns etc. Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure.
This is a really interesting opportunity and you will be the only accountant on site reporting directly to the owners – and supported by the external accountants. Small dynamic team in a company due to grow very quickly. A fantastic role offering lots of variety.
