Finance Director

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000
Location: Mansfield  |  Type: Permanent

Our client is an exciting growing company with a turnover of 6m which will be 8.5 in 2024 with projected turnover to double over the next few years. They are well established and based in great offices near Mansfield and extremely profitable. The role will be incredibly varied reporting to the MD/Owner of the company.

You will be a qualified Accountant with great experience and the type of personality who enjoys dealing with people in all aspects of the business. This will suit a commercially minded person who really wants to be involved with the growth and success of the business.

Overall responsibility of the finance department
Production of management accounts
Forecasting and Budgeting, Cashflow etc
Performing financial analysis on the company to predict financial health
Monitoring spending and creating budgets
Finding ways to reduce costs and increase profits
Routine variance analysis and commentary
Ensuring adherence to national and international financial regulations
Supervision of four staff
Forecast sales and company cashflow on a weekly basis
Evaluate Debtors and Creditors against credit limits and current volume
Working closely with the MD and Operations Director
Accruals & prepayments.
Support and manage the Year End Audit process
You must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), and seeking opportunity in a fast paced, dynamic, profitable business where you will really be able to grow and develop the role as the company grows.
