Tax Manager role

Our client is a well-respected firm of Accountants with offices across the Midlands.

This is a great opportunity to join the firm who offers good prospects and opportunities.

Reporting directly to the Tax Director your duties will include:

Delivery of the firm’s personal tax compliance services to a client base of around 1,700 consisting of individuals, partnerships and trusts.
Delivery of P11D preparation services to seventy client PAYE schemes.
You will be supported by an Assistant Manager and a further 3 team members, but we are actively recruiting for additional full time team members and have secured the services of an experienced practitioner to assist the team September to February.
Good mentoring, communication, systems and team management skills will be essential, supported by a sound technical skill-set.

The role is primarily that of reviewing work although there are a number of HNWI clients where you will be the main client contact within the firm.

You can work in Derby or Nottingham and the firm also offer hybrid working (WFH) hours can be full or part/flexi time.
